Filling equipment is used at the final stage of juice, wine, cider, and other beverage production and is intended for filling the finished product into glass bottles, jars, and Bag-in-Box packages. It makes it possible to organize an accurate, hygienic, and controlled filling process after pressing and pasteurization.
Depending on the production technology and the type of packaging, various filling solutions are used. For working with glass bottles, gravity, vacuum, and volumetric filling systems are used, ensuring filling without excessive contact with air. For Bag-in-Box packaging, specialized units are used, allowing bags to be filled quickly and hermetically with hot juice while maintaining high dosing accuracy.
When working with carbonated beverages, special isobaric units are used, allowing pressure to be maintained and preventing the loss of carbon dioxide during the filling process.
