Corkers for wine corks, mushroom corks, and champagne corks, as well as for crown caps and wire hoods (muselets), are used for the hermetic sealing of bottles in winemaking, brewing, and the production of carbonated beverages. Manual and semi-automatic machines and devices are used for twisting muselets.
Devices for heat-shrink caps, poly-laminate and aluminum capsules, as well as electric sealing wax melters, are used for finishing and sealing the bottle neck. They ensure uniform shrinkage and tight fitting of decorative protective capsules, as well as the application of sealing wax or wax, creating additional protection and aesthetic presentation of the product.
Cappers for aluminum screw caps are used for forming and crimping threaded closures on bottles, ensuring precise and repeatable sealing. Seaming machines for aluminum cans perform double seaming of the lid, creating a hermetic connection between the can body and the lid, which is especially important when filling beer, cider, and soft drinks.
