Food dehydrators

Dryers (dehydrators) for food products are used to remove moisture from fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, greens, berries, herbs, as well as denser products such as meat, fish, pasta, and dried fruits.

Convection dryers operate by heating and circulating air inside the chamber. The airflow passes through the product, gradually evaporating moisture. Such devices can be either compact household units or industrial ones, and are widely used for processing raw materials with relatively simple process control.

Closed-cycle dryers with air dehumidification use controlled air circulation with simultaneous humidity control inside the chamber. In such systems, moisture is not discharged directly outside but is removed through internal circuits, which allows the drying process to be stabilized more precisely, energy losses to be reduced, and constant parameters to be maintained regardless of external conditions.

Depending on the application, both small dryers for home use and large industrial units with high capacity and automatic control are available, designed for continuous processing of large volumes of raw materials.
