Bottle rinsers are used at the container preparation stage before filling juice, wine, and other beverages. Their main task is to remove dust and small contaminants left after bottle storage or transportation in order to ensure cleanliness before filling.
After rinsing, bottles usually go through a moisture removal and drying stage so that the inner surface is completely ready for filling. This is especially important for hot filling or pasteurized products, where stable and clean packaging is required.
In winemaking and beverage production, such devices are part of the technological process: first the bottle is cleaned, then it is filled with the product and hermetically sealed.
