Making jam

Stainless steel and copper jam-making pans remain a classic solution for preparing homemade preserves. Copper provides fast and even heating, which is especially important when cooking preserves and jams, while stainless steel stands out for its practicality and ease of care.

For small-scale production, stainless steel jam kettles with a stirrer are used, simplifying the process and preventing the product from burning. Mixing occurs evenly, which helps maintain a uniform consistency and the quality of the finished jam or marmalade.

For industrial production, large-capacity cooking kettles with various types of heating are used. Heating can be carried out through a water jacket or with the help of electric elements using glycerin. Control is carried out via a touch panel, and recipe programming is available.
