SIRIO – Semi-automatic capping machine for twist-off caps

Telm's semi-automatic tabletop capping machine is designed to cap twist-off aluminium capsules on glass jars and bottles. It is widely used to close jars containing food such as tomato puree, creams, sauces and hot condiments. Perfect for small laboratories or sampling, the benchtop capping machine is the ideal tool for closing glass jars with twist-off aluminium capsules.

Operation:

The operator places the jar in the centre of the machine and the capsule on the jar. Both buttons must be pressed simultaneously to make the capping head descend and close the jar. The machine operates automatically at a pressure of 6 bar.

• Pneumatic screwing motor with adjustable tightening torque from 1.5 N/m up to 4 N/m (adjustment via pressure regulators or manually adjustable clutch)
• Anti-rotation jar blocking piston with adjustable tightening force
• Bimanual actuation button for safe operation
• Manual adjustment of the column height for format changeover, with numerical rev counter reference indicator
• Interchangeable capping heads available in different diameters according to customer requirements
• Made of AISI 316 stainless steel
