Equipment for bottling juice and wine in glass bottles
Despite the abundance of packaging options for beverages, the glass bottle remains the best choice due to its ability to preserve taste, protect from external factors, emphasize the premium quality of the drink, and glass remains the most "eco-friendly" option for nature.
Modern filling equipment ensures tightness, sterility, and dosing accuracy, guaranteeing a long shelf life and impeccable product quality.
The main types of equipment for filling into glass bottles:
1) Juice filling machine for glass bottles and Bag in Box packages with electronic counter / electronic volumetric filling
The filler is designed for filling juice into Bag-in-Box® packages, sturdy “Stand up Pouch” bags, as well as for filling glass bottles with juice, wine, and other food liquids. The lever and holder allow for easy sealing of Bag-in-Box® bags.
The electronic counter allows bottles to be filled with an accuracy of up to 1%. The counter can be calibrated to improve its accuracy based on the setup performed by the operator or the liquid used.
Juice filling occurs by gravity or with the help of a pump.

2) Low vacuum juice filling machine for bottles
The bottle filler uses vacuum to pump liquid and fill it into bottles. This ensures a hygienic filling process, as the liquid does not come into contact with pumps or mechanical parts.
The main advantage of this machine is that it is ideal for filling various liquids, including high-viscosity products such as tomato juice, oil, soap, etc.

3) Gravity juice filling machine for bottles (gravity fillers)
The filling occurs due to the difference in liquid levels in the buffer tank and the bottle. The buffer tank has a built-in flow meter that helps monitor the liquid level in the tank.
Suitable for various liquids similar in consistency to water, such as juice, wine, vodka, etc.

4) Bottle filling using electronic weighing scales
The filling machine is equipped with a calibrated weighing system, which determines the contents of the bottle. This machine can also fill glass bottles as well as Bag-in-Box® packages.

5) Isobaric bottle filling machine (filling with counter-pressure)
The isobaric (equilibrium) filling system is a technology in which the beverage is supplied to the bottle under pressure equal to the pressure in the dosing container.
This method is especially in demand for carbonated beverages (such as cider, sparkling wine, beer, non-alcoholic drinks, and carbonated water), where it is critical to avoid the loss of carbon dioxide (CO₂). Suitable for any type of glass or PET bottles.
