Electric fruit crusher is meant for apple, pear, vegetable, etc. crushing in personal agricultures and small farms. The porridge, got with the help of the fruit grinder, is good for pressing and crushing degree provides the best juice yield. The fruit crusher is also good for root crops grinding to feed poultry and other domestic animals.
Housing and blade disc made of stainless steel.
Fruit crusher’s housing and base are made of stainless steel. Inside the housing there is a stainless steel grater disc, which grinds the apples. On the reverse side of the disc there are special blades that throw outwards the refined mass.
Reliable engine.
The electric apple crusher has the single – phase electric engine produced by «NERI MOTORI» (Italy). The engine’s rotation frequency is 1500 rotations / min. This engine keeps well the continuous load and does not overheat.
Practical construction.
At the bottom of the fruit crusher’s base there are rubber feet necessary for stable fixation on the working surface and damping down the vibration. The stainless steel funnel, which is set on the receiving hole, is attached. It allows to pour fruit into receiving hole directly from the bucket.

Really like this scratter, plenty of throughput, bench-mountable, easy to clean (water resistance rating is so high you can safely hose it down or pour a bucket of water down the throat whilst it’s running). Mit meiner neuen ESE-055 habe ich nun gearbeitet und bin sehr zufrieden. Die Leistung ist gut und das Ergebnis passt auch. Gerät ist gut verarbeitet und einfach zu handhaben und auch zu reinigen. Ich habe 200 kg Karotten zu Saft verarbeitet, ebenso 100 kg Randen/roten Rüben zu Saft. Zunächst habe ich das Gemüse einmal gemust. Saftausbeute nach Pressen war 25 %. Danach habe ich das gemuste Gemüse nochmals durch den Muser geschickt, Saftausbeute etwas höher bei 30 %. Bei Obst und Birnen im Herbst geht es sicher noch besser. Für Privatpersonen und Selbstversorger bestens zu empfehlen. Ich habe lange das passende Gerät gesucht – und gefunden ! - Hohe nordische Qualität – im Gegensatz um Chinaschrott. - Netter und kompetenter Kontakt und genaue Auskunft. - Lieferung war schön über Tracking zu verfolgen Riga – Vilnius – Polen – Neuenstein – Bestimmungsort.
