The fruit crusher is designed for crushing apples, pears, quinces, pineapples, ginger, carrots, berries and vegetables in private households and small farms. The big diameter of the feeding hole allows to crush whole large apples, and small fruits or berries (small pears, quince, grapes, etc.) can be poured directly from the bucket into the crusher using the funnel.
It can also be used to crush grapes. The cutting disc does not break the grape seeds, the stem also remains intact and is pushed through the gap between the cutting disc and the crusher cover.
The fruit mass obtained with the help of a crusher is easy to be pressed, and the degree of crushing ensures the best juice yield. Can be used for crushing vegetables and root crops for feeding poultry and other livestock.
In terms of performance, this crusher is perfect for a 26-50 liters fruit press.
Stainless steel body and cutting disc
All parts of the crusher that come into contact with juice, as well as fasteners and base are made of a food-grade stainless steel AISI 304. Inside the crusher there is a grater disk, with the help of which apples are crushed. On the reverse side of the disk there are special blades that push the crushed mass outward. The silicone edging strip ensures tightness between the body and the cover of the crusher. The diameter of the holes of the cutting disc is 8 mm. Crusher body thickness is 1.5 mm.
Reliable motor and quiet operation
A single-phase electric motor manufactured by NERI MOTORI (Italy) is installed on the fruit crusher. Such a motor holds a long load well and does not overheat. Due to the low motor rotational speed, the crusher runs quietly and does not create excessive noise.
Convenient design
The adjusted angle between the feeding tube and the cutting disc ensures that the apples are caught by the cutting disc, so they do not need to be pushed. At the bottom of the apple crusher base there are rubber feet for stable fixation on the work surface and for vibration damping. On the base of a crusher there are holes for its fixing on a working surface. It takes up little storage space. Can be installed directly on the press basket from above.

Mit meiner neuen ESE-055 habe ich nun gearbeitet und bin sehr zufrieden. Die Leistung ist gut und das Ergebnis passt auch. Gerät ist gut verarbeitet und einfach zu handhaben und auch zu reinigen. Ich habe 200 kg Karotten zu Saft verarbeitet, ebenso 100 kg Randen/roten Rüben zu Saft. Zunächst habe ich das Gemüse einmal gemust. Saftausbeute nach Pressen war 25 %. Danach habe ich das gemuste Gemüse nochmals durch den Muser geschickt, Saftausbeute etwas höher bei 30 %. Bei Obst und Birnen im Herbst geht es sicher noch besser. Für Privatpersonen und Selbstversorger bestens zu empfehlen.
