Areas of application
Apple presses and crushers are used for far more than just juice extraction and winemaking. The equipment is also used in breweries, the cosmetics and chemical industries, in restaurants and bars, in research centers and universities, on farms, in apiaries, in the production of apple cider vinegar, kombucha, and other beverages.
The examples described in this section are only some of the applications of our equipment.
WINEMAKING AND DISTILLATION
L’Atelier De Fermentation (France)
A microbrewery in the south of France (the Cévennes), opened by an Englishman for educational purposes.

L'Âne Brasseur(France)
A craft microbrewery. After a long maceration of the fruit, the beer is drained off, but the fruit still contains a lot of liquid. Therefore, a hydraulic press is used to squeeze the maximum amount of liquid out of the fruit.

JUICE AND BEVERAGE PRODUCTION AND FARMS
SIA Ābolis (Latvia)
A producer of apple juice with chili pepper, ginger, blackcurrant sprigs, and spicy aromas. "SIA Ābolis" also produces apple cider vinegar, apple juice sauce with ginger, cider, apple distillate, birch and maple sap with lemon and ginger.

"IEVGRAVAS"(Latvia)
In the orchards of "IEVGRAVAS", quince is grown and beekeeping is practiced. The press and crusher are used to extract juice from quince and berries and then make syrups.

Petit Broc de nature(France)
An agricultural producer from Pamproux engaged in growing and processing fruits and vegetables. From seed to tasting.

Joseph Reitzer (France)
At the request of a client engaged in cider production, an ESE-055 apple crusher with a 3-phase motor was manufactured.
The client designed and built a special elevator for the crusher, allowing apples to be fed into the crusher hopper and, after crushing, the crushed mass immediately falls into the press basket.

RESTAURANTS, CAFÉS, HOTELS (HORECA)
Linderhof (Russia)
Linderhof is a Bavarian cuisine beer restaurant located in Moscow. Chef Ilya Romanov uses the press to prepare various beverages and wine.
The stainless steel piston is used as a weight when making fermented red cabbage.

Maison Caillet ( France)
Maison Caillet is a Michelin-starred restaurant and hotel in Valmont (Normandy). Chef Pierre Caillet (Fr. Pierre Caillet) uses an apple crusher in his restaurant to prepare natural juices from apples and pears.

EDUCATION AND SCIENCE
INRAE (France)
INRAE researchers use an apple crusher and a press in a fully anaerobic chamber to obtain apple juice for cider that is not subjected to oxidation. This juice is then used in a controlled oxidation reactor to study polyphenol oxidation reactions.

James Downer (USA)
A family from Arizona that makes apple juice and cider.

Client (Latvia)
The press is used to press heather honey. To heat it, the honeycomb with honey is kept in a bath, after which it is pressed using the press.

Ralph (United Kingdom)
In 2020, Ralph moved to the countryside in southwest England, where 12 apple trees grow on a 1.5-acre slope. Every year, about 4–6 trees produce a good harvest of apples suitable for eating and juice making.

Barry and Alison (United Kingdom)
They previously used a manual crusher, so the juice pressing process was very labor-intensive and time-consuming. After purchasing an electric crusher, the work became a pleasure instead of a routine.
