É o modelo mais pequeno de esmagador para fruta elétrico concebido e fabricado pela APPLE PRESS LTD em 2017. O modelo foi tão bem-sucedido que, num período de poucos anos, surgiram modelos semelhantes ou até mesmo cópias no mercado da vinificação.
O esmagador para fruta foi concebido para esmagar maçãs, peras, marmelos, ananases, gengibre, cenouras, bagas e legumes em ambientes domésticos e pequenas explorações agrícolas.
Também pode ser utilizado para esmagar uvas. O disco de corte não desfaz as grainhas da uva e o engaço permanece intacto, sendo expulso através do espaço entre o disco de corte e o resguardo do esmagador.
A massa de fruta obtida com o recurso a um esmagador facilita a prensagem e o grau de esmagamento garante o melhor rendimento de sumo. Pode ser utilizado para esmagar legumes e tubérculos para alimentar aves de capoeira e outros animais de criação e de estábulo.
No que se refere ao desempenho, este esmagador é perfeito para uma prensa para fruta de 10–26 litros. Se cultivar maçãs grandes, então será preferível escolher um modelo de esmagador de maior dimensão (ESE-055) para que não tenha de cortar as maçãs antes do esmagamento.
Corpo e disco de corte em aço inoxidável
Todas as peças do esmagador que entram em contacto com o sumo, bem como os acessórios de fixação e a base, são fabricados em aço inoxidável AISI 304 de qualidade alimentar. O interior do esmagador está equipado com um disco ralador que ajuda a esmagar as maçãs. O lado oposto do disco está equipado com lâminas especiais que expulsam a massa esmagada. O rebordo em silicone garante a estanquidade entre o corpo e o resguardo do esmagador. Os orifícios do disco de corte têm 8 mm de diâmetro. O corpo do esmagador tem 1,5 mm de espessura.
Motor fiável e funcionamento silencioso
O esmagador para fruta está equipado com um motor elétrico monofásico fabricado pela NERI MOTORI (Itália). Este motor suporta bem a aplicação de carga durante um longo tempo sem sobreaquecer. Devido à baixa velocidade de rotação do motor, o esmagador funciona silenciosamente e não cria ruído excessivo.
Desenho conveniente
O ângulo ajustado entre o tubo de alimentação e o disco de corte garante que as maçãs são apanhadas pelo disco de corte de modo a não terem de ser empurradas. A parte inferior da base do esmagador de maçãs está equipada com pés de borracha que permitem uma fixação estável na superfície de trabalho e amortecer as vibrações. A base do esmagador conta com orifícios que podem ser utilizados para fixá-la numa superfície de trabalho. Requer pouco espaço para armazenamento. Pode ser instalado diretamente no cesto da prensa na parte superior.

Just did a box of syrah grapes through the ESE-018. No lagging, no strain, no time at all...and all 28 lbs. through and treated with Camden tablets in a clean five gallon lidded bucket...next few days we'll put eight or nine five gallon buckets of gala apples through it for pressing for hard cider. Great little crusher; getting the blade back onto the spline or main power shaft had me for a second or two, but it turns a certain way to fit tight. I feel lucky to have one. Thanks! USA | |

Best purchase ever. Combined with the GP-12 press I produced very rapidly and easily 30 gallons of apple juice. Easy to clean. I would strongly recommend. One thing, since build for european electric standards, will require electrical modifications to attain full power in North America, however will work at a lower power in America, one just need to be careful not to put uncut apples in the mill (leave the heart of the apples out). Just tried out my new apple crusher and am very impressed with it’s performance. In the past I made a crusher out of a small electric wood chipper by taking the hopper off. The problem was it would not take a whole apple and it was hard to clean. The ESE-018 went through the apples with ease, it was very easy to clean, and did not spray apple everywhere. The cider season in Lyme New Hampshire USA is finished. We were able to have one day with new Electric fruit crusher ESE-018. 100kg of apples in about 50 minutes. Next year we will be able to make more cider, perhaps 400 - 500 kg of apples. This would not be possible without the ESE-018! Thank you for a great product and fast shipping. Upgraded to a hydropress this year, and decided to take a chance on this grinder. So glad for this purchase! The grinder can keep up with the flow just fine. We typically will juice 50-60 gallons in one morning, and after 3 days (150+ gallons) the grinder is excellent!
