Suitable for small juice producer. It’s capacity is from 60÷80 l/h. The machine is used for easy and effectively pasteurization for different types of juices.
Pasteurization is used for reaching high temperatures of juice in a very short time, preserving healthy vitamins and minerals but simultaneously destroying bacteria and bad microorganisms.
By removing the stainless steel spiral from the pot, it can be easily used for cooking fruit jam too, because of its high quality bottom.
