Pasteurizer for juice (50L)
Pasteurizer is designed for pasteurization of larger amounts of different juices. The lid, which fits into a 50L distillation boiler, consists of a stainless steel spiral immersed in boiling water during use. This way the juice is heated to the prescribed temperature (depending on the type of juice) as it moves along the spiral, and after being bottled it is cooled down as quickly as possible, thus preserving the natural taste and as much nutrients as possible.
