The crusher is designed in Lithuania as a potato grater for making local traditional meal “cepelinai”. It also will be very useful making potato pancakes (“draniki”), hash browns, “pasteles”, “latke” "kugel", "masa", "rejeno de papas", pies and other dishes from vegetables.
Using blades for apples, the grater also can be used as an apple crusher. This crusher is perfect for a tabletop fruit press with basket volume up to 10-12l.
The cutting blades for crushing fruits such as apples and pears as well as extra blades for potatoes are available as an option.
