Apple juice pasteurizer - the boiling coil is placed in the container and connected to the mains. To pasteurize the juice, it is enough to heat it to 78° C. Depending on the temperature of the juice and the ambient temperature, it takes about 2.5 hours to heat a 110-liter container of juice. The pasteurizer runs on a regular power supply, is made of stainless steel and comes with a thermometer to measure the temperature of the juice.
