The machine is built on a chassis for manual movement on paved surfaces. The whole machine is driven by an electric motor of 1,5kW/400V. Fruit intended for pressing is put into a stainless steel basket with a capacity of 30l. The fruit is pressed by a hydraulic piston at a pressure of 3 tons. The operation of the machine is not physically demanding, it can be easily handled by one person.
The pressing cloth and wooden pads are included in the machine.
