    • The smallest model of Grifo’s hand-operated tomato machines. Built for tomato paste at first, it can be used for jams with the appropriate filter. Studied to be used on the table, by fixing the clamp. The body, the clamp and the gears are made of cast iron, and are suitable for food contact. The funnel and the chute are made of nylon, making them light yet resistant. The filter is in AISI 304 stainless-steel.

    The SP2MAN is extremely simple and functional, and is made with detachable components to wash it easily, even in the dishwasher.
