Suitable for domestic and professional use, the SP3ELI is extremely simple and handy, made with detachable components to easily and thoroughly wash it, even the dishwasher. The body is made of cast iron, and is suitable for food contact. The funnel, the chute and the filter cone are made of AISI 304 stainless-steel, while the squeezing propeller is in nylon, suitable for food contact and resistant to friction (not subject to corrosion).
The functionality, sturdiness and durability of the machine are guaranteed by the epicyclic reducer coated in grease, which multiplies the force of the engine like no other product on the market can.
The SP3ELI is multifunctional thanks to the kits we sell separately, which it can turn the machine into a meat mincer.
