The housing of the fruit crusher is made of oak and stainless steel. All metal parts, which contact with the juice, are made of stainless steel. Inside the crusher is placed stainless steel cylinder with screwed in it stainless screws, by which the apples are crushed. Wheel with handle are removable, making it easy to store and transport. Each crusher has also a pressing plate, as a unit. The plate is needed to clamp apples between the crusher housing and the cylinder, if apples are not clamped they will be freely riding inside the crusher and the crushing cogs will not catch the apples. Before start working with crusher it should be fixed, for example, between two benches and place below a container for crushed apples.
