Boucheuse semi-automatique TM/TMV

All models of professional corking machine are manufactured entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel; the corking head is equipped with four ground and lapped jaws.

Synthetic or natural corks with Ø 22, 24, 26 may be used and, on request, the machines may also be equipped for corks Ø 28 (except for the model Corker-PF).

The cork is inserted rapidly, in about 2 seconds, to create less pressure on the neck of the bottle. The maximum height of cork to be used with our corkers is 50mm.

The models “Corker-P”, “Corker-TM” and “Corker-TMV” are equipped with a hopper with mechanical agitator to allow continuous cork feed.

Models “Corker-TM” and “Corker-TMV”:

In the models “Corker-TM” and “Corker-TMV” the cork is inserted by a pin operated by a single-phase or three-phase 0.75 kW gear motor.

Unlike the model “Corker-TM”, the model “Corker-TMV” has a device for vacuum corking or for introducing nitrogen.
