È il più piccolo modello di trita frutta elettrico, ideato e prodotto da APPLE PRESS LTD nel 2017. Ha riscosso un così grande successo che in pochi anni i suoi analoghi e persino copie di questo modello sono apparsi sul mercato enologico.
Il trita frutta è concepito pertriturare di mele, pere, mele cotogne, ananas, zenzero, carote, bacche e ortaggi in ambito domestico e in aziende agricole di piccole dimensioni. Il prodotto è adatto anche alla lavorazione dell’uva. Le lame affilate della macina non triturano nè i semi nè il raspo dell’uva i quali rimangono intatti. Grazie alla forza centrifuga, vengono poi spinti nello spazio tra le lame e il coperchio della macina.
La polpa ottenuta è di facile spremitura, e il grado di macinatura garantisce il succo migliore. Il nostro trita frutta può essere utilizzato anche per verdure e radici commestibili, utilizzabili come mangime per pollame e altro bestiame.
Le prestazioni di questo modello consentono di lavorare frutta fino a 10-26 litri. Se invece necessitate di macinare mele di più grande pezzatura, il nostro consiglio è quello di scegliere un modello più grande (ESE-055) così da non dover affettare le mele o pomacee prima della lavorazione.
Acciaio inox e lame
Tutte le parti della macina in contatto con il succo della frutta, così come la bulloneria e le base sono interamente realizzati in acciaio inox per uso alimentare AISI 304.
All'interno del trita frutta è presente un disco grattugia. La parte posteriore del disco è costituita da speciali lamelle che spingono la polpa verso l'esterno. Il nastro di silicone assicura poi una chiusura ottimale e omogeneità tra il telaio e il coperchio. Il diametro dei fori delle lame è di 8 mm mentre il corpo del trita frutta è di 1,5 mm.
Motore affidabile e funzionamento silenzioso
Sul frantoio è installato un motore elettrico monofase prodotto da NERI MOTORI (Italia). Questo motore regge bene un carico prolungato e non si surriscalda. Grazie alla bassa velocità di rotazione del motore, il frantoio funziona in modo silenzioso e non produce un rumore eccessivo.
Design conveniente
L'angolo tra il tramaggio e il disco lamellato fa sì che le mele vengano catturate dal disco lamellato e non debbano essere pressate. Nella parte inferiore della base del trita furtta sono presenti dei piedini in gomma per un fissaggio stabile sulla superficie di lavoro e ammortizzate le vibrazioni in fase di lavorazione. Sulla base del frantoio sono presenti fori per il fissaggio su una superficie di lavoro. Occupa poco spazio in magazzino e può essere installato direttamente sul cestello della pressa dall'alto.

Il set comprende: trita frutta, disco con lame con fori da 8 mm, presa europea CEE 7/7 (E/F) / adattatore CA da spina europea a spina britannica di tipo G / spina americana NEMA 5-15P (a seconda del paese di destinazione), guida all'uso.

I love the fruit press (20 L basket). I use it every year to press about 200 L of apple juice and it does the job well. I appreciate the design in particular. The press is quite compact for its size and can be moved around yet it is tall enough to accommodate a container under it to collect the juice. The purchase process itself was straightforward and the delivery excellent. The packaging was very solid and nothing was damaged in transport. It is easy to press apples with the press. I had issues with jamming the wooden piston initially and damaged the screw end. Your support was exceptional then and you kindly sent me a metal piston to replace the wooden one, which works much better for me. I really like the crusher as well. Just did a box of syrah grapes through the ESE-018. No lagging, no strain, no time at all...and all 28 lbs. through and treated with Camden tablets in a clean five gallon lidded bucket...next few days we'll put eight or nine five gallon buckets of gala apples through it for pressing for hard cider. Great little crusher; getting the blade back onto the spline or main power shaft had me for a second or two, but it turns a certain way to fit tight. I feel lucky to have one. Thanks! USA | |

Best purchase ever. Combined with the GP-12 press I produced very rapidly and easily 30 gallons of apple juice. Easy to clean. I would strongly recommend. One thing, since build for european electric standards, will require electrical modifications to attain full power in North America, however will work at a lower power in America, one just need to be careful not to put uncut apples in the mill (leave the heart of the apples out). Just tried out my new apple crusher and am very impressed with it’s performance. In the past I made a crusher out of a small electric wood chipper by taking the hopper off. The problem was it would not take a whole apple and it was hard to clean. The ESE-018 went through the apples with ease, it was very easy to clean, and did not spray apple everywhere. The cider season in Lyme New Hampshire USA is finished. We were able to have one day with new Electric fruit crusher ESE-018. 100kg of apples in about 50 minutes.
