Es el modelo más pequeño de trituradora de frutas eléctrica diseñado y fabricado por APPLE PRESS LTD en 2017. El modelo resultó ser tan exitoso que en pocos años aparecieron análogos e incluso copias en el mercado vitivinícola.
La trituradora de frutas está diseñada para triturar manzanas, peras, membrillos, piñas, jengibre, zanahorias, bayas y vegetales en hogares privados y pequeñas granjas. También se puede usar para triturar uva. El disco de corte no rompe la semilla de la uva, que es empujada junto con los tallos intactos a través del espacio existente entre el disco de corte y la cubierta de la trituradora.
La pulpa obtenida con ayuda de la trituradora es fácil de prensar y grado de triturado garantiza un rendimiento óptimo del jugo. Se puede utilizar para triturar verduras y tubérculos como alimento para aves de corral y otros animales.
En términos de rendimiento, esta trituradora es perfecta para una prensa de fruta de entre 10 y 26 litros. En el caso de manzanas de gran tamaño, será mejor elegir un modelo de trituradora más grande (ESE-055) y evitar así tener que cortar las manzanas antes de su triturado.
Carcasa y disco de corte de acero inoxidable
Todas las partes de la trituradora que entran en contacto con el jugo, así como los soportes y la base están hechas de acero inoxidable AISI 304 apto para uso alimentario.
Dentro de la trituradora hay un disco rallador con ayuda del cual se trituran las manzanas. En el reverso del disco hay cuchillas especiales que empujan la masa triturada hacia afuera. La tira de borde de silicona asegura la estanqueidad entre el cuerpo y la tapa de la trituradora. El diámetro de los agujeros del disco de corte es de 8 mm. El grosor del cuerpo de la trituradora es de 1,5 mm.
Motor fiable y funcionamiento silencioso
La trituradora de frutas cuenta un motor eléctrico monofásico instalado fabricado por NERI MOTORI (Italia). Este motor resiste bien una gran carga y no se sobrecalienta. Gracias a la baja velocidad de rotación del motor, la trituradora opera silenciosamente y no genera un ruido excesivo.
Diseño práctico
El ángulo ajustado entre el tubo de alimentación y el disco de corte garantiza que las manzanas son alcanzadas por el disco de corte, por lo que no es necesario empujarlas. En la parte inferior de la base de la trituradora de manzanas hay pies de goma para una fijación estable a la superficie de trabajo y para amortiguar las vibraciones. En la base de la trituradora hay agujeros para su fijación a la superficie de trabajo. Se puede almacenar en espacios pequeños. Se puede instalar directamente en la parte superior de la jaula de la prensa.

Just did a box of syrah grapes through the ESE-018. No lagging, no strain, no time at all...and all 28 lbs. through and treated with Camden tablets in a clean five gallon lidded bucket...next few days we'll put eight or nine five gallon buckets of gala apples through it for pressing for hard cider. Great little crusher; getting the blade back onto the spline or main power shaft had me for a second or two, but it turns a certain way to fit tight. I feel lucky to have one. Thanks! USA | |

Best purchase ever. Combined with the GP-12 press I produced very rapidly and easily 30 gallons of apple juice. Easy to clean. I would strongly recommend. One thing, since build for european electric standards, will require electrical modifications to attain full power in North America, however will work at a lower power in America, one just need to be careful not to put uncut apples in the mill (leave the heart of the apples out). Just tried out my new apple crusher and am very impressed with it’s performance. In the past I made a crusher out of a small electric wood chipper by taking the hopper off. The problem was it would not take a whole apple and it was hard to clean. The ESE-018 went through the apples with ease, it was very easy to clean, and did not spray apple everywhere. The cider season in Lyme New Hampshire USA is finished. We were able to have one day with new Electric fruit crusher ESE-018. 100kg of apples in about 50 minutes. We typically will juice 50-60 gallons in one morning, and after 3 days (150+ gallons) the grinder is excellent!
