The juice pasteurizer is a stainless steel pot equipped with a ball valve for filling and a temperature sensor that beeps once the set temperature (80–85°C) is reached. After that, the juice is ready for bottling.

This simplifies the process of juice preparation, because it is not necessary to constantly monitor the temperature of the juice and open the lid.

The pot of the juice pasteurizer is made of stainless steel AISI 304. This alloy has high corrosion resistance to organic acids found in juice (such as malic and citric acids), is easy to clean, and meets the sanitary requirements of the food industry.

The tap at the bottom of the pasteurizer allows to fill the juice directly into glass bottles or Bag-in-Box bags, eliminating contact with unnecessary devices during filling (such as a ladle). For more convenient filling, a silicone hose (20x26 mm) can be attached to the tap’s hose connector and used with a pump.

Thick sandwich bottom (stainless steel/aluminium/ stainless steel) combines the heat spreading proper- ties of aluminium with the durability and magnetic properties of stainless steel, making it suitable for use on induction stoves.

The bottom is formed by high impact bonding, causing the whole surface of the layers to weld seamlessly.

Solid handles, thanks to the clever way of mounting the heat from the pans isn’t transferred into the handles.
