All our products carry a 2-year warranty covering spare parts and assembly. Apple Press Ltd has plenty of spare parts and a repair service at its disposal on-site.
Proof of purchase must be provided upon request in order to verify warranty coverage. Please retain purchase receipts for your records.
In case of insignificant malfunction (minor defects resulted from delivery, defected hydraulic jack or other) Apple Press Ltd will offer either a refund or a free replacement of defected spare parts with new ones.
In other warranty cases the defective products will be repaired or replaced with new ones for free. Apple Press Ltd takes all associated shipping costs.
To return an item:
- Please contact Apple Press Ltd via Customer Support to receive a return code. Packages that do not have a return code will not be accepted on delivery.
- Print out a return code.
- You can use your original Apple Press box you have received, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return. If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers or other materials on the shipping box from previous shipments, please remove them. In case of using some other packaging rather than the original Apple Press box you need to make sure the item is properly packaged so that it would not get damaged. In the event the item gets damaged because it was not packaged properly Apple Press Ltd reserves the right to deduct the value of the damage from the refund sum.
- Attach a print-out of your return code to the shipping box. Please use a traceable carrier and retain the tracking number for your records. Apple Press Ltd is not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in transit.
- Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and then automatically applied to your bank account or credit card within 10 business days. Please note than, depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
