Electric apple crusher EFC-1 is an efficient device for crushing apples and making apple juice. Suitable for crushing apples, pears, grapes, berries and root vegetables. It is an invaluable helper, especially when processing large quantities of fruits and vegetables, saving a lot of time and effort. The crusher is equipped with an overload protection and a safety brake.
All parts that come into contact with the fruit are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring hygiene and long-term durability.
Efficient crushing is ensured by a high-speed rotating stainless steel cutting disc equipped with two horizontal cutting blades and two vertical V-shaped pre-crushing blades. Thanks to the 1.1 kW motor and durable cutting blades, this crusher quickly turns apples into an ideal fruit mass, which ensures maximum juice yield.
The crusher has a compact design and is easy to assemble and disassemble.
