It is designed for crushing various types of fruit such as apples, pears, quinces, rhubarb, aronia, peaches, apricots, figs and vegetables such as carrots, peppers, beetroot, tomatoes, onions and horseradish. Stones must be removed before crushing.
The fineness of the crushing can be adjusted by changing the blade. The standard equipment includes three different blades that can be used depending on the type of fruit/vegetable and the desired thickness of the fruit mash.
