Single Nozzle Vacuum Filler Machine

The nozzle and the casing are constructed entirely from stainless steel, while the recovery tank is made of food-grade plastic.

When placing a bottle under the ULTRAFILLER 1 – Lite, the liquid is drawn up by the vacuum created above it, with no contact between the liquid and any pump or mechanical components.

The ULTRAFILLER 1 fills up to 250 bottles per hour, in perfectly hygienic conditions and without any liquid spillage. The filling level is adjustable; once set, the ULTRAFILLER 1 – Lite fills each bottle to the precise desired level.

The machines are constructed entirely of stainless steel: AISI316 for parts in contact with liquids and food-grade plastic for aesthetic components.

A borosilicate glass tank (Pyrex) and tubing designed for the pharmaceutical industry ensure compatibility with any food product. When positioning the bottle under ULTRAFILLER, the vacuum created draws the liquid in, allowing it to flow into the bottle without passing through pumps or other mechanical elements that could heat and damage it.

The nozzle can be easily removed for a smart filling.

Like the ULTRAFILLER 1 - Standard, the Mignon version allows you to fill bottles in perfectly hygienic conditions. The Mignon nozzle can fill bottles with very narrow necks, accommodating internal diameters as small as 8mm.

The double-nozzle version comes with both Standard and Mignon nozzles. A removable support brace allows you to easily replace the nozzle and even fill non-standard bottles directly on the table, such as large bottles or batches of very small vials.

Filtering station

This filtering station, equipped with a single cartridge or three-cartridge filter, is perfect for those who need to filter their product while bottling.

The 3/8” intake tube is designed to be combined with Ultrafiller 1, Dual fluid, and Ultrafiller 2 mignon. The wide range of filter cartridges allows you to cover all liquids; from the finest spirits to EVO oil, passing through beer, wine, and much more.

Filter cartridges are available from 0.45µm to 50µm.

Filtering cartridges

They are available with various degrees of filtration to meet all your needs.

0.45 – 1 – 5 – 10 microns for those in Polypropylene.

5 – 10 – 50 microns for AISI316 Steel cartridges.

Oil bath filter

Easy to fit, thanks to a quick release, this filter protects the machine’s pump from dust and vapours that could damage it.

Replacement nozzles

As our machines are entirely designed and assembled in Italy, we have every spare part available. Standard and Mignon nozzles are easily interchangeable.

The machines, once received, can be transformed to suit the customer’s needs.

Rubber Pads

The machines can be combined with a large selection of rubber pads.

If the standard rubber cone, which covers diameters from 16mm to 34mm, is not enough, the following are available:

The tomato rubber cone, for wide-neck bottles, from 30mm to 65mm diameters.

The extra-large rubber cone, perfect for filling jars up to 95mm with brine, oil, or spirits.
