With the GM155, you can pit plums quickly, cleanly and accurately – whether small, large or dried. Thanks to the interchangeable cup insert, the device adapts flexibly to every fruit size and delivers perfect results for every application.

The rubber nozzle insert ensures precise separation of pulp and stone, while the high-quality, re-sharpenable pitting knife made from high-stability knife steel with six-fold division creates decorative topping fruits. For dried fruit, the knife is also available without a cutting edge.

Comfortable work, even with large quantities:

The long, ergonomic power transmission lever enables easy, fatigue-free work, even with high volumes. The pitted fruits are automatically stripped and ejected, guaranteeing a smooth workflow.
