The machine is intended firstly for pitting different types of stone fruits (plums, cherries, apricots, peaches, etc.) and then for mashing the fruits and vegetables, for the purpose of producing/cooking spirits, juices, jams, spreads, etc.. For this purpose, you can use different types of sieves, with hole sizes from 1.0mm to 20mm, which is quite easy. The capacity of the machine depends on the sieve dimension used, ranging from 200 to 500kg per hour. The machine is made of stainless materials.
