Kõige populaarsem kodus kasutamiseks mõeldud mahlapress. Press sobib ideaalselt mahla pressimiseks ja veini valmistamiseks.
Korvi pannakse 2–2,5 ämbrit purustatud õunu. Ühe töötsükliga (purustatud puuviljaga täitmine, mahla pressimine, tühjendamine) saab valmistada 13–18 liitrit mahla.
Puuviljade purustamiseks piisab tootlikkuse mõttes elektrilisest puuviljapurustist ESE-018. Selle komplekti abil saab pressida 100 liitrit mahla tunnis, kui osaleb mitu inimest, näiteks terve pere. Esimene valib ja peseb puuviljad, teine purustab ning kolmas pressib mahla. Seda mahlapressi võib kasutada mahla pressimiseks ka pirnidest, viinamarjadest ning muudest marjadest, puuviljadest ja köögiviljadest.
Kui teie aias kasvab suuri õunu (läbimõõt üle 85 mm), ei ole õunu tarvis enne purustamist tükkideks lõigata – valige hoopis purusti suurem mudel, näiteks ESE-055, mille täiteava läbimõõt on 125 mm.
Roostevabast terasest korv, kolb ja nõrgumisnõu
Kõik pressi osad, mis mahlaga kokku puutuvad, samuti kinnitused on valmistatud toidukvaliteediga roostevabast terasest AISI 304. Mahlakogumise nõrgumisnõu – paksus 1,5 mm; korv – paksus 1,5 mm; kolb – paksus 8 mm.
Mugava ehitusega
Raamil on vastupidav ja kaitsev pulbervärvitud pind. Raami ülaosas on spetsiaalne piirik tungraua tsentreerimiseks.
Kolvirõngaid on lihtne eemaldada. Pressi põhjal on plastjalad, mis hõlbustavad kandmist ning kaitsevad raamipinda.
Pressi mugavamaks kasutamiseks võib nõrutusnõu toruga ühendada silikoonvooliku, mille teise otsa saab panna mahlanõusse. Sellele pressile sobib 20 x 26 mm voolik.

Mahla filterkoti valimine
Puhta, minimaalse viljalihasisaldusega mahla saamiseks tuleb kasutada peene võrguga kotte: 100% polüestrist (lavsaanist) või 100% linasest. Selline kott sobib mahla pressimiseks õuntest, pirnidest, ananassist, ingverist, rabarberist, viinamarjadest ja teistest mahlastest kõvadest viljadest, marjadest või köögiviljadest, mis sisaldavad suuri kiude. Peenekiulised marjad või puuviljad ummistavad filterkoti (nt mustsõstar, ploom, virsik jms).
Linane kangas on väga tugev, üks vähestest kangastest, mis on märjana tugevam kui kuivana. Linased kotid on pisut kallimad, kuid keskkonnasõbralikumad, kuna kotte vahetades ei satu loodusesse plasti. Linane on looduslik kiud, mis on täielikult biolagunev.
Kui soovite viljalihaga mahla, tuleb kasutada jämeda võrguga kotti (100% polüpropüleen). Selline kott sobib mahla pressimiseks ploomidest, aprikoosidest, virsikutest, punastest sõstardest, mustsõstardest ning muudest marjadest ja puuviljadest. Jämeda võrguga kotti võib kasutada ka õunte, pirnide ja viinamarjadega, kuid mahl ei jää siis nii selge.
Soovitus: alati on hea, kui on olemas üks tagavarakott, et mahlategu ei jääks pooleli purunenud filterkoti tõttu.

I’d be delighted to provide some details of my experiences with your equipment. I bought a hydraulic press GP-26s and an Electric Fruit Crusher ESE-018 from you in 2020 as I had moved house to a rural location in south west England with 12 apple trees spread around a 1.5 acre sloped garden. I had no previous experience of apple pressing or any similar activities but didn’t want the apples to go to waste, as each year about 4-6 trees produce a good crop of useable apples, which are a mix of dessert and cooking varieties. The press and crusher are incredibly well made. Their study construction is a delight to see, as they are serious, no frills, can handle lots of volume and look like they’re so tough they’ll last for decades. My experience with them has been great. I’ve used them for 4 harvests so far to make apple juice for personal consumption, usually over a 2-3 day period in mid-October, preceded by several weeks of sporadically collecting windfall. Following your very helpful instructions re windfall vs picking, cleaning, crushing and pressing, I’ve made 150 litres of very tasty apple juice over 4 years. Initially I tried freezing the juice but found that pasteurisation is much better - when pasteurised and using good quality resealable glass bottles the juice has lasted 2+ years stored at room temperature. Photos of a) my makeshift crushing and pressing setup – this is between day 2 and 3 of the pressing action in 2022 (a bumper harvest year), and b) bottles cooling post-pasteurisation (with an apple tree in the background), are attached. I've spent a long time looking for a small press that's stainless steel and doesn't cost a fortune, this 26litre one made in Latvia from @sia_apple_press seems to be a good, simple, reliable and reasonably priced. Everything that touches the fruit is stainless steel, so will not react with the acidity of the fruit and most importantly, can be cleaned really really well. I also like the bottle Jack system to press so there's no screw in the fruit therefore less things to clean. Next week I'll press the grapes with it. France | |

J’ai bien utilisé votre matériel et fait plus de 100 litres de jus . En ce qui concerne le pressoir je le trouve vraiment très bien : pratique , facile à nettoyer et peut encombrant . Pour le broyeur il est aussi très bien rapide facile à utiliser et à nettoyer , mais je pense que vous devriez mettre la clef qui va avec pour le démonter au nettoyage . Le jus de pommes obtenu est délicieux . Je pense vous en commander un petit pour presser mes jus pour faire la confiture . Très bon produit. Emballage parfait. Je recommande. | |

Pienillä muutoksilla puristimesta olisi saanut loistavan, mutta hyvin se toimii nytkin ja on helppo käyttää ja puhdistaa. Jos puristaa pieniä, muutaman kilon, eriä tarvitaan lisää puupalikoita tai esim. kahvipaketti. Siiviläkangas on hyvä, eli vahva ja tarpeeksi tiheä, ettei tule muhjua läpi. Die Saftpresse wurde schnell und unproblematisch von Polen nach Deutschland geliefert. Preis-Leistung sind sehr gut.
