A saturator, is designed to gasify food products such as: wine, beer, water, soft drinks etc.

The process of the Co2 bond with the product takes place naturally, forcing the pressures produced with the inert gas.

The molecules are mixed at high pressure, intersecting the flow in forced deviation channels.

In this way, we can obtain a homogeneous and superior quality carbonation compared to the normal porous candles on the market.

The stainless steel INOX 304 tank is 1cm thick and welded at both ends with thick flanges.

In a working cycle, the storage tank contains about 25lt of product and the continuous automatic flow is guaranteed by means of level probes, electronic.

The sanitization of the tank and of all the parts always takes place with the withdrawal of the product by the installed centrifugal pump, forcing the product into a washing sphere.
