The bag filler is designed for filling 1.5 l, 3 l, 5 l, 10 l, and 20 l bags (Bag-in-Box), as well as for filling glass bottles with juice, wine and other food liquids. The filler is made entirely of stainless steel. The lever and the holder allows easily cork the bags.
Battery-powered digital flowmeter (made in Italy) allows filling bags with 1% accuracy. The flowmeter is certified for food use and suitable for contact with juice, wine and milk. The flowmeter equipped with reset function, a cumulative totalizer reset, and a non-resettable totalizer. Simply pressing the button will reset the dosed quantity to start a new filling. The meter can be calibrated to improve its accuracy based on operator’s installations or used liquid.
The filler includes a stainless steel pistol for filling as a unit.
The filling proceeds by gravity or using a pump, which is equipped with an automatic pressure switch. There are rubber legs on the basis of the filler for stable work.
