Ribagas 2 / Ribagas 4 carbonator allows to add the carbon dioxide directly into the bottle right before the bottle is capped, suitable to use with plastic and glass bottles. The device is suitable for producing sparkling wines, carbonated water, beer, soft drinks and carbonated apple juice or apple wine.

Both glass or plastic bottles (PET, PVC or other round bottles) are suitable to use in the carbonator, it's important to keep in mind that the bottles should withstand a pressure of 3 bars. Device is suitable for bottles with a height of 180 to 380 mm, with a diameter of 50 to 140 mm and a volume of 0.3 to 2 l.
The carbonator is made of stainless steel (AISI 304). The machine works with CO2 gas with a maximum pressure of 3 bars. The level of the pressure can be monitored on the manometer. The pressure level is limited by the safety valve.
It is recommended to use an appropriate pre-heater that is compatible with the device. The pre-heater avoids the gas from freezing at its exit.
