All models of corking machine are manufactured entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel; the corking head is equipped with four ground and lapped jaws.

Synthetic or natural corks with Ø 22, 24, 26 may be used and, on request, the machines may also be equipped for corks Ø 28 (except for the model Corker-PF).

The cork is inserted rapidly, in about 2 seconds, to create less pressure on the neck of the bottle. The maximum height of cork to be used with our corkers is 50mm.

The models “Corker-T.P.A.”, “Corker-T.M.” e “Corker-T.M.V.” are equipped with a hopper with mechanical agitator to allow continuous cork feed.
