The juice pasteurizer is a stainless steel pot with welded tap for juice filling. A nipple for juice filling hose is included as a unit.
The pasteurizer is designed for the gas burner or electric stove for heating.
The pasteurization temperature is setting on the cover of the pasteurizer (80-85 degrees). After reaching the set temperature, the pasteurizer beeps. After that, the juice is ready for filling. This simplifies the process of juice preparation, because it is not necessary to constantly monitor the temperature of the juice and open the lid.
