VARES HYDRAULIC 50L SUPER stainless steel construction of the fruit presses are made for processing crushed fruit with maximum yield of fruit juice (must). The main advantage of these presses is a basket made of 3 mm stainless food grade steel and a 6 mm pressure plate for direct contact with food and resistant to fruit acids. Stainless steel drip pan with an ideally positioned outlet with a 3/4" thread for mounting any drain tap (the tap is not part of the press). The presses are delivered including a 5t hydraulic jack.

The main difference between the 50L/5t and 50L/5T SUPER fruit presses, respectively between the presses with the hydraulic jack above and with the jack below, is:

Operation and handling of the press with the jack in the lower part is much easier and more convenient. The jack is always located in the lower part of the press and does not need to be removed when filling or emptying the basket of the press.

When working, there is no need to support the jack with wooden blocks, the press tube has several locking holes.

The fundamental difference and advantage of a press with a jack in the lower part is also that there is no risk of oil leaking into the pressed juice in the event of a hydraulic jack failure.

Due to the more complex design of the press, the price is slightly higher than for a press with a jack in the upper part. Comfortable, simpler, faster operation and greater productivity when working with this type of press erases the price difference.
