В корзину помещается 2–2,5 ведра измельченных яблок. За один цикл работы (загрузка измельченных фруктов, отжим сока, выгрузка) можно отжать 13–18 литров сока.
Для измельчения фруктов по производительности достаточно электрического измельчителя ESE-018. С помощью такого комплекта можно отжимать более 100 л сока в час, при условии, что работают несколько человек одновременно, например, всей семьей. Один собирает и моет плоды, второй измельчает яблоки, и третий человек только отжимает сок. Также с помощью пресса можно отжимать сок из груш, винограда, других ягод, фруктов и овощей.
Если у вас в саду растут более крупные яблоки (более 85 мм в диаметре), то, чтобы не нужно было разрезать яблоки перед измельчением, лучше остановить свой выбор на более крупной модели измельчителя, например, ESE-055 (диаметр загрузочного отверстия 125мм).
Корзина, поршень и поддон из нержавеющей стали
Все части пресса, контактирующие с соком, а также крепеж изготовлены из пищевой нержавеющей стали AISI 304. Поддон для сбора сока - толщина 1,5 мм; корзина - толщина 1,5 мм; поршень - толщина 8 мм.
Удобная конструкция
Порошковая окраска рамы создаёт прочное и долговечное защитное покрытие. На верхней части рамы имеется специальный упор для центровки домкрата.
Кольца на поршне позволяют легко его вынимать. На основании пресса снизу имеются пластиковые ножки для удобной переноски и защиты покрытия рамы.
Для удобства работы с прессом можно надеть на трубку поддона силиконовую трубку, другой конец которой поместить в емкость для сока. Для данного пресса подойдет трубка 20х26 мм.

В комплект пресса входит: металлическая рама с деревянной площадкой, поддон для сбора сока, корзина, поршень, деревянные бруски (сосна) - 3шт., домкрат 2Т, мешок для фильтрации (100% полиэстер), инструкция по эксплуатации.
Выбор мешка для фильтрации сока
Для получения чистого сока с минимальным содержанием мякоти нужно использовать мешки с мелкой сеткой: 100% полиэстер (лавсан) или 100% лен. Такой мешок подойдет для отжима сока из яблок, груш, ананаса, имбиря, рабарбара (ревень), винограда и других сочных твердых фруктов, ягод или овощей, которые содержат в себе крупные волокна. Ягоды и фрукты с мелкими волокнами будут забивать фильтр-мешок (например, черная смородина, слива, персик и т.п.).
Льняная ткань очень крепкая, одна из немногих тканей, которая крепче в мокром виде, чем в сухом. Льняные мешки немного дороже, но более экологичны, так как при замене мешка в природу не попадает пластик. Лен – натуральное волокно, которое полностью разлагается естественным путем.
Если вы хотите получить сок с мякотью, то нужно использовать мешок с крупной сеткой (100% полипропилен). Такой мешок подойдет для отжима сока из слив, абрикосов, персиков, красной смородины, черной смородины и других ягод и фруктов. Мешок с крупной сеткой можно также использовать для яблок, груш и винограда, но сок в этом случае получится менее прозрачным.
Рекомендация: всегда хорошо иметь один запасной мешок, чтобы процесс отжима сока не остановился из-за порванного мешка.

I’d be delighted to provide some details of my experiences with your equipment. I bought a hydraulic press GP-26s and an Electric Fruit Crusher ESE-018 from you in 2020 as I had moved house to a rural location in south west England with 12 apple trees spread around a 1.5 acre sloped garden. I had no previous experience of apple pressing or any similar activities but didn’t want the apples to go to waste, as each year about 4-6 trees produce a good crop of useable apples, which are a mix of dessert and cooking varieties. The press and crusher are incredibly well made. Their study construction is a delight to see, as they are serious, no frills, can handle lots of volume and look like they’re so tough they’ll last for decades. My experience with them has been great. I’ve used them for 4 harvests so far to make apple juice for personal consumption, usually over a 2-3 day period in mid-October, preceded by several weeks of sporadically collecting windfall. Following your very helpful instructions re windfall vs picking, cleaning, crushing and pressing, I’ve made 150 litres of very tasty apple juice over 4 years. Initially I tried freezing the juice but found that pasteurisation is much better - when pasteurised and using good quality resealable glass bottles the juice has lasted 2+ years stored at room temperature. Photos of a) my makeshift crushing and pressing setup – this is between day 2 and 3 of the pressing action in 2022 (a bumper harvest year), and b) bottles cooling post-pasteurisation (with an apple tree in the background), are attached. I've spent a long time looking for a small press that's stainless steel and doesn't cost a fortune, this 26litre one made in Latvia from @sia_apple_press seems to be a good, simple, reliable and reasonably priced. Everything that touches the fruit is stainless steel, so will not react with the acidity of the fruit and most importantly, can be cleaned really really well. J’ai bien utilisé votre matériel et fait plus de 100 litres de jus . En ce qui concerne le pressoir je le trouve vraiment très bien : pratique , facile à nettoyer et peut encombrant . Pour le broyeur il est aussi très bien rapide facile à utiliser et à nettoyer , mais je pense que vous devriez mettre la clef qui va avec pour le démonter au nettoyage .
