Tai mažiausias elektrinio vaisių ir obuolių smulkintuvo modelis, kurį 2017 metais suprojektavo ir pagamino „APPLE PRESS LTD“. Modelis susilaukė tokios sėkmės, kad po kelerių metų jo analogai ir net kopijos pasirodė vyno rinkoje.
Vaisių ir obuolių smulkintuvas skirtas smulkinti obuolius, kriaušes, svarainius, ananasus, imbierą, morkas, uogas ir daržoves privačiuose namų ir smulkiuose ūkiuose. Juo taip pat galima susmulkinti vynuoges. Pjovimo diskas netrupina vynuogių kauliukų, stiebas taip pat lieka nepažeistas ir išstumiamas per tarpą tarp pjovimo disko ir smulkintuvo dangčio.
Gautą vaisių masę lengva išspausti, o susmulkinimo laipsnis užtikrina geriausią sulčių išeigą. Galima naudoti daržovėms ir šakniavaisiams smulkinti naminiams paukščiams ir kitiems gyvuliams šerti.
Kalbant apie našumą, šis smulkintuvas puikiai tinka 10-26 litrų vaisių presui. Jei auginate didelius obuolius, geriau rinkitės didesnį smulkintuvo modelį (ESE-055), kad prieš susmulkinimą obuolių nereikėtų pjaustyti.
Nerūdijančio plieno korpusas ir pjovimo diskas
Visos smulkintuvo dalys, kurios liečiasi su sultimis, taip pat tvirtinimo detalės ir pagrindas yra pagaminti iš AISI 304 maistinio nerūdijančio plieno. Smulkintuvo viduje yra trintuvo diskas, kuriuo susmulkinami obuoliai. Kitoje disko pusėje yra specialūs peiliukai, kurie stumia susmulkintą masę į išorę. Silikoninė apvado juosta užtikrina sandarumą tarp smulkintuvo korpuso ir dangčio. Pjovimo disko skylės skersmuo 8 mm. Smulkintuvo korpuso storis 1,5 mm.
Patikimas variklis ir tylus veikimas
Vaisių smulkintuve sumontuotas „NERI MOTORI“ (Italija) pagamintas vienfazis elektros variklis. Toks variklis gerai išlaiko ilgą apkrovą ir neperkaista. Dėl mažo variklio sukimosi greičio, smulkintuvas veikia tyliai ir nesukelia pernelyg didelio triukšmo.
Patogi konstrukcija
Reguliuojamas kampas tarp padavimo vamzdžio ir pjovimo disko užtikrina, kad obuolius sugriebtų pjovimo diskas, todėl jų nereikia stumti. Obuolių smulkintuvo pagrindo apačioje yra guminės kojelės stabiliam fiksavimui ant darbinio paviršiaus ir vibracijai slopinti. Smulkintuvo pagrinde yra angos jo tvirtinimui ant darbinio paviršiaus. Užima mažai vietos sandėliavimo metu. Galima montuoti tiesiai ant preso krepšelio iš viršaus.

Smulkintuvo komplektą sudaro: smulkintuvas, pjovimo diskas su 8 mm skylėmis, europinio tipo kištukas CEE 7/7 (E/F) / kintamosios srovės adapteris iš europietiško į britišką kištuką G tipo / amerikietiškas NEMA 5-15P kištukas (priklausomai nuo paskirties šalies), naudotojo vadovas.

Just did a box of syrah grapes through the ESE-018. No lagging, no strain, no time at all...and all 28 lbs. through and treated with Camden tablets in a clean five gallon lidded bucket...next few days we'll put eight or nine five gallon buckets of gala apples through it for pressing for hard cider. Great little crusher; getting the blade back onto the spline or main power shaft had me for a second or two, but it turns a certain way to fit tight. I feel lucky to have one. Thanks! USA | |

Best purchase ever. Combined with the GP-12 press I produced very rapidly and easily 30 gallons of apple juice. Easy to clean. I would strongly recommend. One thing, since build for european electric standards, will require electrical modifications to attain full power in North America, however will work at a lower power in America, one just need to be careful not to put uncut apples in the mill (leave the heart of the apples out). Just tried out my new apple crusher and am very impressed with it’s performance. In the past I made a crusher out of a small electric wood chipper by taking the hopper off. The problem was it would not take a whole apple and it was hard to clean. The ESE-018 went through the apples with ease, it was very easy to clean, and did not spray apple everywhere. The cider season in Lyme New Hampshire USA is finished. We were able to have one day with new Electric fruit crusher ESE-018. 100kg of apples in about 50 minutes.
