Nevertheless, some errors, inaccuracies or small discrepancies between the item on the Website and the actual product may occur. PURCHASE PROCEDURE
1. Select the articles you wish to purchase and add them to the shopping basket, by clicking on the corresponding icon.
2. The shopping basket contains the reference of the selected item, its name and price. The quoted price does not include transport costs, which will vary according to the delivery method selected.
3. To proceed with the purchase, the user’s personal details will be required and will be included on our database in order to process the order and simplify future purchases via the Website. The personal details provided by users will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Users may, at any moment, access the personal details they have provided and information on the orders they have placed.
4. Once the order has been completed, and before the order is confirmed, the user will be provided with an itemised summary of the order, identifying the item(s) purchased, the total price and the order delivery details, in order for the user to confirm this by clicking on the 'Confirm payment' button.
Purchases may be paid for using a credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard), via PayPal, bank transfer, cash on delivery, or cash/bank card on customer pickup from the warehouse. Payment method other than the ones specified in the present conditions of sale will not be accepted.

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

If, at the time the order is issued, our warehouse detects that there are no stocks of any of the products included within it, Apple Press Ltd will make every effort to locate the item. If this is not possible, the user will be notified immediately. In addition, the amount charged for the unsent item will be refunded to the customer, using the same payment method used to purchase the item.
PRICES
All sale prices of the products shown on the Website are in EUR. The shipping costs are not included in the purchase price, but they are indicated and calculated at the conclusion of the buying process before payment. The customer accepts that Apple Press Ltd is entitled to modify its prices at any time. However, the goods will be invoiced on the basis of the prices listed on the Website at the time of the order and confirmed in the email sent by Apple Press Ltd as an order confirmation.
Transport costs do not include any customs clearance costs that will be charged to the recipient and which will be handled in the destination country by the designated courier.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without penalty and without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of delivery of the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you will have to create a PAID BACK computerized procedure by sending an e-mail to: applepresses@gmail.com . The products will have to be sent back to Apple Press Ltd at Mazjumpravas Street 20, Riga, LV-1063. Shipping costs for sending back must be paid by the client.
The products must be returned intact in its original packaging, complete with all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: manuals, cables, etc.) with the attached tax records. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, Apple Press Ltd will refund the amount of products in case of withdrawal as soon as possible and within a maximum period of 30 days. The client will have to bear both the cost of the return of the goods and of bank records.
In case of receiving defective products or those inconsistent with the order, you must notify by e-mail to: applepresses@gmail.com within two months from discovering the lack of conformity, specifying whether you want a replacement or a refund. A respective product will be collected by the courier sent by Apple Press Ltd.
Apple Press Ltd reserves the right to verify the contested inconsistency and, once confirmed, Apple Press Ltd will ship the replacement or perform a refund by crediting the card used by the customer for their purchase.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
All products shown on the Website benefit from a contractual warranty the duration of which is quoted on the product data sheets. In any case, all products benefit from the legal warranty of 24 months for lack of conformity, in accordance with applicable laws. To be able to use the warranty, the customer must keep the invoice.
DETAILS OF DELIVERY
Apple Press Ltd will accept orders from around the world. Products will be delivered by a courier to the address indicated by the customer in their order.
Delivery is fully tracked, and delivery notifications are sent via a text message, emails are also provided by the carrier. The courier will attempt to deliver the order to the given address and, if he does not find the recipient to be in, will make another attempt or deliver the parcel to your nearest Parcel-shop. If they don’t succeed, the package will be returned to our online warehouse.
TAKING ON RESPONSABILITY
Apple Press Ltd takes no responsibility for inefficiencies due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, as well as for Internet-linked inefficiencies (connection trouble, malfunctions etc.).
